I am an Independent Real Estate Broker and Realtor with over 20 years of experience listing and selling Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties in the Tampa Bay area. I also offer Full Listing Broker and Buyer's Agent services.

Optional Free Review of all MLS Purchase Agreements included with Limited Service Fee. Your Listing will look like all the others. Only my services are limited, not your MLS or Internet Exposure.
The fee is only $7,500.00 for a Local Flat Fee MLS Limited Service Listing in Charlotte, De Soto, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole and Sumter Counties for 12 continuous months. Must pay a new fee to relist if your home is withdrawn from the market for any reason. Some counties may have different number of listing months allowed.
I also offer a 1% Flat Fee or $7,500.00 Minimum Fee (whichever is greater) for Seller's and Buyer's who do not have an agent. I will manage the entire transaction from start to finish including preparing the Purchase Agreement, making sure the buyer is qualified, consulting, negotiating, managing the Title Company and complete closing service. Many buyer's will split this fee with the seller. Payable at closing.
Investors / Residential Builders
The fee is only $7,500.00 for a Single Local Flat Fee MLS Entry Only Listing in the above counties for 6 continuous months. Must pay a new fee to relist if any home is withdrawn from the market for any reason.

You will price your home. You may change the price up to 2 times per month.

You will provide property comments.
You will negotiate with the buyer's agent.
You will handle the transaction to closing.
