*I will manage the entire transaction and all the paperwork from Start to Finish for Seller's and Buyer's without an Agent for a Flat Fee of 1% of the Sale's Price or a $7,500.00 Minimum Fee (whichever is greater); including preparing and/or reviewing the Purchase Agreement, confirming the Buyer is qualified (i.e. calling the Mortgage Company, etc.), Advising / Consulting, Negotiating, Overseeing the Title Company / Companies (They can and do make many mistakes.) and Managing the Transaction through to Closing. Many buyer's will split this fee with the seller. Payable at closing.
*Complete Closing Service after the Purchase Agreement is signed with a Buyer's Agent is Payable at closing for $500.00. Title Companies usually charge sellers $500-$550.00. In Michigan they will usually waive this fee if a Realtor is managing the closing.
*Provide a Desktop Residential Broker's Price Opinion (BPO) giving you a Realistic Price Range for your home with 3 sold and 3 active comparable's = $125.00 prepaid. No Drive By or Refunds for any reason.
* Florida: Selling Broker pays an $395.00 Administration Fee to Listing Broker.
