*I will manage the entire transaction and all the paperwork from Start to Finish for Seller's and Buyer's without an Agent for a Flat Fee of 2% of the Sale's Price or a $5,000.00 Minimum Fee (whichever is greater); including preparing and/or reviewing the Purchase Agreement, confirming the Buyer is qualified (i.e. calling the Mortgage Company, etc.), Advising / Consulting, Negotiating, Overseeing the Title Company / Companies (They CAN and DO make mistakes.) and Managing the Transaction through to Closing. Many buyer's will split this fee with the seller. Payable at closing.
*Provide a Desktop Residential Broker's Price Opinion (BPO) giving you a Realistic Price Range for your home with UP TO 3 SOLD and POSSIBLY 3 ACTIVE comparable's = $375.00 prepaid. No Drive By or Refunds for any reason.
* I will rebate 1% of a 3% buyer's agents commission back to you if you use me to purchase your new home depending on purchase price.
* Florida: Selling Broker pays an $395.00 Administration Fee to Listing Broker.
